Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Always Right Media, we want you to be fully immersed in our worlds and stories.

However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong during the journey.

1. Returns Window

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your book is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your book must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it (no “dog-eared” pages or cracked spines, please!).
In its original packaging (or similarly protective packaging to ensure it survives the trip back).

Note on eBooks: Digital downloads (eBooks) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (The “Courier Woes”)

We take great care in packaging our books, but if your copy arrives damaged (e.g., torn covers or significant denting from the courier), we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Please email us at info@alwaysrightmedia.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the courier and get a fresh copy to you ASAP.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it often takes a few business days for the “ink to dry” on a transaction.

Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping for Returns

For change of mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged items: We will cover the courier costs for the return and the replacement.
